To date I have been paid all the money I have been owed by Befree merchants. They offer pay per lead, pay per click and pay per sale programs.

LinkShare - They have over 500 merchants offering pay per lead, pay per sale and pay per click programs. Each merchant has different payment schedules.

shareasale.com - These guys are well known through out the affiliate marketing world as the straight shooters of the industry. They have some larger merchants but many smaller niche type retailers. Your bound to fins some great programs that will fit your sites theme. They have consoldated payments as well. If your looking to start an affiliate program, they have the most inexpensive fees of the networks listed here.

Amazon.com - You only sell Amazon.com's products. Paid quarterly after earning at least $25.00.
